Khartoum- President Omer Al Bashir has directed working towards enhancing bilateral relations between Sudan and Ethiopia, stressing the need for boosting the role of his
country in addressing African issues undertaken by the African Union in a manner that boosts relation between the parties towards realizing African stability.
Al Bashir outlined, while meeting yesterday, at the Republican Palace Sudan’s Ambassador to Ethiopia Jamal Al Sheikh the strategic importance of relations with Ethiopia.
Sudan’s Ambassador to Ethiopia has affirmed in a press statement that he will do his best to implement the directives of the President of the Republic towards boosting relations with Ethiopia and realizing mutual interests.
The Ambassador asserted that he will accord big attention to African issues put forward in the political arena including African public opinion which is rejecting the so called International Criminal Court along with realizing peace in South Sudan.
