Khartoum - Minister of International Cooperation, Idris Suleiman discussed with the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Sudan, Dr. Selva Ramachandran, the joint cooperation for the years 2018-2020, which contains the plans and priorities, set by the state to implement many of the country's development programs.
According to press release to the ministry, the minister expected that during the year 2018 a large support will be attracted from international partners to implement many development projects, calling on partners to work to guide development aid in development projects in order to improve the lives of citizens and most needed societies, as well as the creation of employment opportunities for young people, and focus of UNDP in particular priorities to stabilize and consolidate peace, calling on the agency to give institutions assistance for training in order to raise the capacity of its personnel in the development process, while the two parties agreed to continue consultation to create an understanding that helps flow of work , pledging to overcome all the difficulties that prevent the organization from carrying out its tasks.
Ramachandran promised to provide more support for the next stage of community stability.
