Talk of the Hour: Sudan; Adhere Wholly to the Experiment of Nicaragua Specifically

History does not cease repeating itself. In the 1980s, America happened to fight the leftist tide vigorously

that is associated with Nicaragua particularly. An embargo was tightly imposed on it by America, especially economically.
Because of this, Nicaragua tried all ways and means in order to get compensated for the damages committed by America wrongly. It complained to the international justice court.  Luckily, it wins successfully.  Consequently, America was forced to pay for all atrocities done dearly.
In this regard, there is a question that poses itself here vehemently;  Is Sudan in a position to get compensated by America for all the losses that have been incurred by it during all the twenty years and more ( the age of the embargo till this moment)? Undoubtedly, the answer is yes. The incident of Nicaragua previously functions as the  legal precedence  that Sudan could adhere to totally by asking  compensation from America unhesitatingly, especially economically.
Needless to say, what America has done to Sudan is wrong totally. The international law prohibits imposing sanctions on others unilaterally and that if this law is to be applied tightly and transparently, then the rights of  everybody  are to be restored wholly.
This situation particularly, prompts the Sudanese national group for human rights to demand not only the removal of the sanctions from Sudan by America immediately, but also compensation for this dearly, especially economically.
In order to consolidate its position strongly, the  Sudanese group for human rights aims as being engaged in mobilization campaigns by addressing the Sudanese grassroots as pressuring collectively till America is to succumb to this matter of compensation holistically.
However, the world of today suffers from unilateralism and imbalance of power hugely. That is why America has imposed the sanction on Sudan unilaterally without even seeking the  consent of UN security council legitimately.
Actually, the embargo has resulted physically in losses which are estimated at  billions of dollars minimally.
It seems as if this is not enough. America even dares as prohibiting funds and other economic establishments  worldwide in investing their money in Sudan.
Also, America endorses a budget amounting to $US 100 billion for funding the war of Sudan continually. Such a pattern makes out of the congress a parliament that is oriented militarily.
Of course, this measure is not just taken randomly. On the contrary,  it is well studied; strangling Sudan and its people to death massively and mercilessly.
It is  worth to mention that during the period of the embargo,  the people of Sudan have  been forced to go back to the era of prehistory backwardly. They are perceived as adopting very traditional methods in order to keep alive. For instance, they live a very miserable life to the extent of cultivating their farms and making their clothes manually.
To a large extent, nature helps them to endure all kinds of hardships courageously. They keep reiterating these comforting words unstoppably. That even without the lifting of the embargo, things are to go on normally. The sun will not halt providing light continually. The sky is not to stop raining seasonably. And the lands of Sudan are to keep producing crops abundantly'.
Delightedly, such hardships force the Sudanese of thinking of moving Eastwards hurriedly by adhering to countries such as China and Russia which welcome them warmly by satisfy all their needs appropriately. Not only this, but even defending their side internationally.
Of course, the only loser in this regard is America. Instead of removing the sanctions from Sudan finally, thus attaining all the goodness mutually, it is seen as distancing itself from Sudan  unreasonably by delaying  the lift of the embargo intentionally.

In conclusion, we can say this; that history does not cease repeating itself. The occurrence of Nicaragua in the 1980s, is manifested in Sudan typically.
That this Nicaragua tried all ways and means in order to get compensated for the damages committed by America wrongly.
That now Sudan has the intention to follow suit by asking America for compensation for all the losses that have been incurred by it during all the twenty years and more (the age of the embargo).
That the international law prohibits imposing sanctions on others unilaterally and that if this law is to be applied  tightly and transparently, then the rights  are to be restored wholly.
That this situation of Sudan particularly prompts the Sudanese national group for human rights to demand not only for the removal of the sanctions immediately, but also as getting compensation for that dearly, especially economically.
That and in order to consolidate its position strongly, the  Sudanese group for human rights intends as getting engaged in mobilization campaigns by addressing the Sudanese grassroots as pressuring collectively till America is to succumb to their demands entirely.
That the world of today suffers from unilateralism and imbalance of power hugely. That is why America has imposed the sanction on Sudan unilaterally without even seeking the  consent of UN security council approvingly.
That the embargo has resulted physically in losses which are estimated at  billions of dollars minimally.
That it seems that this is not enough. America even dares as prohibiting funds and other economic establishments worldwide in investing their money in Sudan freely.
That America endorses a budget amounting to $US 100 billion for funding the war of Sudan continually. Such a pattern makes out of the congress a parliament that is oriented militarily.
That this measure is not just taken randomly. On the contrary,  it is well studied; strangling Sudan and its people to death mercilessly.
That during the period of the embargo, the people of Sudan have  been forced to go back to the era of prehistory backwardly. They are perceived as adopting very traditional methods in order to keep alive. For instance, they live a very miserable life to the extent of cultivating their farms and making their clothes manually.
That nature helps the people of Sudan  to endure all kinds of hardships patiently and courageously. They keep reiterating these comforting words enjoyably and unstoppably. That even without the lifting of the embargo, things are to go on normally. The sun will not halt providing light continually. The sky is not to stop sending rains seasonably. And the lands of Sudan are to keep producing crops abundantly'.

May Allah grant us all the goodness. Amen.
