Kadugli- (SMC) South Kordofan State has announced return of more than 1600 citizens for the rebel areas, indicating that the returnees have reflected the tragic situations at the areas under the control of SPLM-N movement.
Commissioner of Omdurain Locality Hassan Abdul-Rahman said in a statement to SMC that the returnees included 504 women and 950 children besides 170 men and aged persons, explaining that great numbers of them have integrated in the community.
The commissioner stressed the importance of providing the necessary aid to the returnees.
