Atbara- (SUNA) The Governor of River Nile State, Maj. Gen. Hatem Al-Wasila has stressed commitment of his state to implementation of the total quality standards in all domains.
This came while the Governor was addressing the opening session of the First Forum on " Total Quality and Excellence at Al Bashir Hall in Ministry of Education which was organized by the High Council for Total Quality and Excellence in the State Monday under the banner " To wards Success and Business Performance Excellence Within State Reform Program".
The attendees included executive, legislative and security officials as well as representatives of companies and corporations in the State.
The Governor reviewed the State Government policy , which, he said, based on transparency, institutionalism and fighting corruption that convinced the World Bank(WB) to provide three million dollars to the State via which it executed a number of training programs in areas of purchasing , contracting , internal audit, pre[paring budget , financial control and execution of electronic government.
Minister of Finance and Economy, Osman Ahmed Yagoub said the state works within strategic program that comes in line with the Sudan's strategic plan.
