The assistant of the President of the Republic, Maj, Gen. Abdul Rahman al Al-Sadig Al-Mahdi has given directives

to the competent authorities to assign land for the construction of a stadium with international standards for all segments of the persons with disabilities.
During his address last Thursday , to the sports program of the persons with disabilities, at the playground of the Police and Law College.
The Assistant of the President has stressed the President of the Republic sponsorship to all the activities of Khartoum state Ministry of Social Development, the support of the persons with disabilities, and to remove obstacles on way of their progress.
The Minister of Social Development of Khartoum state, Dr. Amal Al-Billi, has commended the Presidency of the Republic sponsorship to the ministry's activities, and the approval of the 3 rd day of December as a national day for the celebration of the persons with disabilities.
The Dean of the Police and Law College, Maj. Gen. Police, Osama Abdul- Ghani gave directives for teaching law of persons with disabilities within the college's curriculums.
It is worth noting that the celebrations competitions have included the javelin, disc throwing, and bells for the blind, a 100m race for men and women, 50m for children, a sticks race for men and women, 100m equipment for women, and 100m run for paralyzed men and women.
