Khartoum - (Khalda Elyas ) The Attorney general, Omer Ahmed Mohamed has directed the members of the general prosecution who are assigned to enforce the authorities bestowed on them by law, to inspect the lock-ups to check the correctness of the action taken against those arrested.
The Attorney General stressed in a circular he issued yesterday to ensure heeding good treatment of arrested citizens in a decent treatment.
The competent prosecutor is to inspect on daily basis the lock-ups under his specialty in the morning along with checking the arrest book and ensuring the correctness of procedures
The circular directed that every prosecution to maintain a special book of inspection.
