Khartoum- President of the Republic, Field Marshal, Omer Al Bashir has affirmed the Presidencies support to the health sector, improvement of work place environment of

medical cadres besides the provision of free health care, emergencies, children and chronic diseases.
This came when the President chaired, Monday, at the Presidential Palace, the meeting of the health sector and announced commitment and sponsorship of the Doctor Care Fund, which will provide social services and facilities for doctors.
Minister of Federal Health, Bahr Idriss Abu-Garda stated that the meeting discussed, among other issues, improvement of work environment, Doctors Protection Act and training of health cadres.
