Zalingei - (SMC) The Government of Central Darfur State has allocated a sum of two billion pounds for provision of requirements of the villages of voluntary return during the first phase as it has disclosed setting up of a higher committee for following up implementation of the project.
Minister of Physical Development in the state Mudathir Adam said in a statement to SMC that work has started in planning of the return villages besides provision of their requirements.
He pointed out that the government of the state is exerting serious efforts to allocate more funds for supporting the voluntary return of the IDPs and refugees to their villages.
