KHARTOUM (WAM) - The UAE Embassy in Khartoum, Sudan, has distributed 60 tonnes of the best Emirati

dates in implementation of the generous donation from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the fraternal people of Sudan.
The gesture reflects the distinguished relations between the two countries. The donation was provided by the Emirates Red Crescent. The UAE Embassy in Sudan, under supervision of Hamad Mohammed Humaid Al Junaibi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Sudan, distributed the dates throughout all segments of Sudanese society.
About 60,000 persons have benefited from the gesture, which is part of the UAE's donation for all Arab and Islamic people globally. The UAE Embassy aided in sending the assistance to beneficiaries in various provinces of Sudan.
