Khartoum - Vice - President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman, has affirmed the government commitment to realize security and stability and to expand the

state's dignity in Darfur states.
This came when he received Sunday in his office at the Republican Palace Governor of South Darfur State, Engineer Adam Al-Faki.
The meeting has discussed the security and political situation in South Darfur State and the ongoing arrangements in the state to host the coming school tournament.
The meeting also reviewed progress of the voluntary repatriation in the state.
In a press statement, the state's Governor announced that the President of the Republic would visit South Darfur State in the coming period in the context of the efforts to collect weapons and to participate in a number of tribal reconciliations.
