Khartoum - President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al Bashir said that the Sudanese-Arab relations have witnessed remarkable development towards achieving common goals and pushing forward investment efforts in the country.
Addressing the opening session of the seventh session of the National Legislature, Al Bashir renewed the continuation of the valiant armed forces in the implementation of its tasks within the Arab coalition forces to support the legitimacy in Yemen until it achieves its noble goals, God willing.
"We are, in the field of Sudan's relations internationally, we have achieved significant breakthroughs in Europe, Asia and the US after the decision to cancel the US economic sanctions on Sudan and we look forward to moving to the second phase of the American dialogue in order to lift the name of the country from the list of countries sponsoring terrorism, and we hope to succeed in that after all the US agencies concerned stressed that our country does not sponsor terrorism, but has a positive role in combating it, " Al-Bashir said, adding," our foreign policy has been and will remain based on non-aggression against others and not bow to any attack and renew our keenness on openness to all countries and peoples of the world to organize partnerships and benefits on the basis of balance of interests and principles with all parties so that Sudan remains an active and interactive in its regional and international environment for development partnerships and maintaining security and regional and international peace.
