Khartoum - The Government of South Darfur State and UNICEF have signed plan of the organization for the state for this year at the cost of eight million dollars, covering the fields of health, education, water and social welfare.
Governor of South Darfur State Engineer Adam Al Faki signed on behalf of the state, while the Director of UNICEF signed for the organization.
Commissioner of Humanitarian Aid in the state Dr. Jamal Yusuf pointed out that the plan amounts to eight million dollars and the government of the state would contribute a sum of about 800,000 dollars.
Beneficiaries from the support include the Ministries of Health, Education and Social Affairs and water and sanitation project, he explained.
