Sudan to Export to 300,000 Heads of Cattle to Egypt

Khartoum - Nile Valley River Navigation and Multi-Purposes companies have concluded an agreement to transport cattle to Egypt.
The signing of the agreement was graced by the Minister for Transportation, Roads and Bridges Makkawi Mohamed Awa.
According to the agreement, 300,000 tons of cattle will be transported to Egypt in two phases -- 150,000 tones at each stage. 
Cattle exports to Egypt comes within the framework of integration of state institutions and the private sector, said Humaida Al-Haj Mahjoub, the Head of the Board of Directors of Nile Valley River Navigation Company.
The signing of the agreement comes in the framework of logistic arrangements to carry through the exportation of 300,000 heads of cattle to Egypt, according to SUNA.
