Sudan Sends 44 Trucks of Humanitarian Assistance to South Sudan

Rabak – (smc) White Nile State revealed the dispatch of 44 trucks full of humanitarian materials to South Sudan State, pointing out that the convoys passed through Jodah crossing to the city of Rabak.
Head of the Technical Committee of the Access of the Humanitarian Assistance in White Nile State, El-Tayeb Mohammed Abdallah stated to (smc) that the humanitarian assistance included 40 thousand sacks of sorghum, 4 thousand packages of edible oil and 1517 sacks of beans, adding that dispatching the humanitarian assistance will continue through the new corridors besides Transit corridor in Ethiopia.
Abdallah added that WHO is making arrangements to dispatch foodstuff to the war-affected South Sudanese in the upcoming days.
