Sudan Welcomes SPLM-N Step on Talks’ Resumption

Khartoum – (SMC) The Sudanese government has welcomed the announcement of the SPLM-N (Al-Hilu) of its desire to resume the negotiations, affirming the readiness for

all the issues of the talks.
Information Minister, government Spokesperson, Dr. Ahmed Bilal Osman stated to (smc) that the acceptance of the SPLM-N on the negotiations according to the AUHIP roadmap is an important and required step, pointing out that the talks over the roadmap includes the two areas’ issue besides the national dialogue, adding that the government is ready for talks and negotiations.
For his part, government delegation spokesperson, Dr. Hussein Hamdi said that the acceptance of the SPLM-N on the resumption of the talks is a positive step to accomplish this dossier, adding that the negotiation process is controlled by the directives of the AUPSC and the outcomes of the previous rounds of talks
