Khartoum – Saudi Chief of Staff, Lt. Gen. Abdul Rahman Bin Saleh Al-Bunyan has ended his 2-day visit to Sudan during which he was awarded First Class Al-Nilian Order by President Al Bashir.
Sudanese Defence Minister Lt. Gen. Awad Mohammed Ahmed Ibn Auf affirmed, during a meeting with the visiting Saudi military delegation at the Ministry’s offices on Tuesday, the deep-rooted brotherly relations between the two countries.
He stressed on the symbolic of Saudi Arabia and its representation to the Islamic nation, adding that Sudan is recognizing the big challenges facing the area, so it supports Saudi Arabia to defend the dignity of the nation.
He affirmed Sudan commitment to play its role in defending Saudi Arabia considering it as a focal point and its security is the concern of all the nations of the area.
