Mumtaz: We Are Keen on Development of Sudan’s Foreign Relations

Khartoum- State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hamid Mumtaz has affirmed keenness of Sudan on developing its foreign relations at the regional and international

levels.
Addressing the concluding session of the meeting of the executive office of the Council of Sudanese Scientists and Experts Working Abroad at the premises of the Secretariat of Sudanese Working Abroad here yesterday, Mumtaz affirmed keenness of the government to resolve all outstanding issues with neighboring countries through joint negotiations away from any type of escalation, despite presence of attempts at the level of the region to regroup the remnants of the armed movements to put new obstacles by putting Sudan in a new war to stop its development and progress.
He went on to say that Sudan now enjoy stability, which is lacking in some countries of the region, referring to attempts to put obstacles before this stability.
On the National Dialogue experience, Mumtaz described it as an integrated political project to find solutions to the national issues through the consensus of all sectors of the Sudanese people and the political parties, pointing out that the outcome of the dialogue has culminated in formation of the national accord government from the political movements present in Sudan.
