Khartoum - (Khalda Elyas) Attorney General Omer Ahmed Mohamed has affirmed readiness of public prosecution to participate effectively in all specialized workshop for tackling issues of forensic medicine and the criminal procedures related to them.
Ahmed reviewed with the Minister of Health Idris Abu Garda in the presence of Abdulatif Asmeig Chairman of Doctors Union means for promoting forensic medicine and the criminal procedures related to medical mistakes.
The two parties agreed to hold joint workshops between the members of public prosecution and the Ministry of Health along with the union of Sudanese physicians to review issues of forensic medicine and their related criminal procedures.
The meeting has also reviewed specifying the age of criminal liability of children
