Khartoum - (SUNA) The Cabinet Affairs Minister, Ahmed Saad Omer, announced that the Economic Ministerial Sector is engaged in serious efforts to establish silos in the coming season in Gedarif State, referring to a contract signed with a Canadian company in this connection.
Responding to queries of members of the National Assembly (Parliament) Tuesday, Omer affirmed the Council of Ministers' keenness to coordinate with the states, especially in the fields of development and capacity building.
He referred to the role of the Council of Ministers in coordinating between the legislative and executive authorities and to follow up implementation of the decisions and recommendations.
Omer has affirmed the state seriousness to strengthen its relations and coordination with the neighboring countries, the Arab World and the whole world.
He indicated that the Federal Government Chamber is assigned to coordinate with the states, adding that this chamber will brief the Council of the states on its performance in the coming stage.
