Khartoum - Secretary General of the Secretariat of Sudanese Working Abroad (SSWA) Dr. Karrar Al-Tohami has disclosed that a package of decisions would be issued soon

for the benefit of the Sudanese expatriates, especially in the field of real estate development.
Addressing the inaugural session of a workshop on real estate development, Al-Tohami said the SSWA is on the verge of effecting a big revolution in the field of providing housing services to the expatriates through a number of agreements and memoranda of understandings the secretariat has signed with companies and real estate development firms.
He said the real estate development project comes in the context of the decision by the Central Bank of Sudan of opening real estate financing for the expatriates.
