Cultivation of over One Million Gum Arabic Trees in N. Kordofan

Khartoum - (KEM) Deputy Governor of North Kordofan State, Minister of Education, Dr. Ismail Makki Ismail announced the cultivation of more than one million trees of gum Arabic in the state.
Ismail described the meeting of the Sudanese National Council of Ministers in Kordofan capital as a good opening for the state, especially that the Nafeer (Campaign) of the renaissance of North Kordofan entered the stage of sustainable development by increasing production and productivity, revealing measures by the state government to finance farmers to overcome the obstacles of the flow of liquidity and gasoline and electricity, adding that the state will achieve high productivity through large areas planted in the summer season, stressing the stability of education in the state, pointing to the construction of 24 schools in 2014, 44 for 2015, 100 schools in 2017 and 47 ones last year.
