Khartoum - Foreign Minister, Ibrahim, on Wednesday, received, at his office
, a copy of credentials of the newly appointed Japanese Ambassador to Sudan.
The Ambassador has conveyed to the FM greetings of his Japanese counterpart where the minister welcomed the Japanese diplomat, wishing him a success in his assignments and affirming his ministry's full cooperation with him to facilitate his missions.
Ghandour asked the Ambassador to convey his greetings and appreciation of Sudan government and people for the assistances extended by Japan to Sudan, referring to the importance of holding the Joint Sudanese-Japanese Consultation Committee.
