Khartoum - The Minister of International Cooperation Idris Suleiman said in a radio interview that Sudan have signed agreements with more than 20 United Nations agencies
for a sum of $ 1.4 billion to fund programs during the next four years. Adding that the ministry plan for this year focus on securing international cooperation and support directed towards national priorities and stressing on the good relations between Sudan and its aid partners and international donors.
Suleiman is expecting a large inflow from donor countries to Sudan this year and the coming years and pointed to the present agreements with the Swedish Agency, the Japanese Development Agency (JICA) and United Nations agencies which will increase foreign aid to Sudan.
