Khartoum - Director General of the National Fund for Health Insurance, Dr. Tilal Al-Fadil stressed the importance of implementing comprehensive coverage of insurance services in light of the government's concern to improve population coverage, pointing to the introduction of a million families during the current year, where the number of insured rose to 20 million subscribers.
Addressing the opening session of the laboratory services forum, Al-Fadil said that securing the quality of laboratories represents  a challenge, indicating to the fund’s role in helping health ministry to provide laboratory services, saying that the forum aims to improve laboratory services, stressing the need to reach recommendations to serve laboratory work.
