Ambassador Lianhe: Partnership Agreement Guide for Sudanese-Sino Relations

Khartoum - China has affirmed its support to Sudan in the regional and international forums due to the historic ties between the two countries as China is the biggest economic partner of Sudan.
Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Sudan Li Lianhe said, while addressing the celebration of Chinese language department at Bahri University,  marking Chinese spring anniversary that the Sino-Sudanese relations stretch back to old ages of history and the two countries share common interests.
He added that Sudan and China are close friends and cooperation between them has realized a big and fruitful advancement, stressing that the Visit by President Al Bashir to China in 2015 is deemed to be a guide for developing relations and implementing strategic agreements between the two countries.
The Chinese ambassador has affirmed that his country via her permanent membership in the Security Council defends the legal rights and interests of developing countries.
He said China has started reform and outward looking policy since the year 1978 until it became the second biggest economy in the world, and contribute by 30% in the international economy, a matter that made play a crucial role in the international economic development.
He further expressed his delight on teaching Chinese language at Khartoum North College coinciding with the celebration of the Chinese People of Spring anniversary a matter which symbolizes progress and success.
For his part the Dean of Khartoum North College Professor Ibrahim Babikir has reviewed the progress of the college  and its academic excellence  saying that Chinese language department is working towards  strengthening the Sudanese-Sino ties as the  Chinese language is a dynamic language.
