Sudan Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attacks in Egypt and Turkey

Khartoum- Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed its strong condemnation to the terrorist bombing that targeted the St. Mark’s Cathedral

in the Egyptian capital of Cairo. It also strongly denounced the terrorist explosion incidents at the Turkish town of Istanbul.
A terrorist explosion hit the St. Mark’s church in Cairo killing 23 persons and injuring 49 others, according to the Egyptian Health Ministry.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed in a statement issued Sunday the total solidarity and support of the Sudan to Egypt in the face of the terrorist attack.
The statement expressed support of Sudan to the efforts of Egypt that aim at maintaining the security and safety of its citizens in the face of all terrorist and criminal acts, expressing condolences to the Egyptian government and people and the families of the victims.
Meanwhile, the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also expressed its strong denunciation to the terrorist crime that contravened all the ethical and human values that happened in Turkey, reaffirming the solidarity of Sudan with Turkey in the face of the terrorist acts.
Two bomb explosions took place near a football stadium in Istanbul Saturday evening killing 38 persons and injuring many others.
