Foreign Minister Starts African Tour

Khartoum – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Al-Dirdiri Mohammed Ahmed started today a regional tour including Rwanda and

Nairobi within the stage of an African tour as an envoy from President Al Bashir to the African leaders.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Ambassador Gariballah Al-Khidir said that the tour aims at informing the African leaders on the talks of South Sudan rivals which took place in Khartoum in accordance to IGAD resolution in its recent summit besides discussing the upcoming steps in achieving peace in South Sudan.
It is worth noting that the first stage of the tour as a presidential envoy started last week to include Kampala, Juba, and Addis Ababa where he met the leaders of the three countries.
