Cooperation Between Sudan and Bangladesh on Fishery Field Discussed

Khartoum (SUNA) - Minister of Animal Resources, Bushara Aror  discussed aspects of joint cooperation between the Ministry  and Bangladesh

on  development of fishery and meat  sector  and  increase of  animal products.
This came when the Minister met in his office Monday Bangladeshi Ambassador to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who is tasked with Sudan and Djibouti files, Ghulam Auchi.
The meeting discussed a number of issues and topics of mutual concern regarding fishery sector and expansion of fish farming in the River Nile and the Red Sea, stressing the Ministry keenness to determine fish quantities at Rea Sea coast and dams in order to hammer out a strategies and plans on optimum uses of fish resources in the country.
The Bangladeshi Ambassador, for his part, lauded level of cooperation and interests between Sudan and Bangladesh, expressing his country readiness to immediately dispatch experts and technicians in sea fishing to Sudan.
He indicated to Bangladesh’ successful experiments in fish farming.
