Indian Education Exhibition in Khartoum

3rd Indian Education Expo 2018 will be held at Coptic Club, Khartoum on 21-22 April

. This exhibition is supported by Embassy of India and organized by CEMPL- India. Ambassador of India Mr.Ravindra Jaiswal at a press meeting, said that the quality of Indian education is comparable to the best in the world, while the costs are very low and affordable. He added that the Indian higher education system attracts a large number of International students from abroad, India has become the most preferred destination for Sudanese students particularly for professional courses. Between 2000-3000 Sudanese students go to India for higher studies every year, many on their own costs. Around 35000 Sudanese have graduated from India Universities, many of whom hold high positions in Sudanese society today.
The Universities participating in this exhibition are SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai; Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur; Goutham College, Bangalore; Rayat-Bahra University, Punjab and Bombay Flying Club’s College of Aviation in Mumbai. Mr. Deepak Sharma Director of Rayat Bahra University shared the benefits provided to the students having collaborated with Google. They have developed a course content that lays strong emphasis on interactive case studies, project and thesis on projects allotted to every student. The Universities also provide partial scholarships to foreign students based on merit.
